I took my car in under warranty to get the head lamp replaced. Keith informed me it would take a day to replace it because they had to take off the front bumper and that he would call me by 2pm to give me an update. To my surprise Keith call me before 2pm and said my car was already done. Thanks to the crew for the fast roll out and Keith for always giving friendly, informative, easy going service!

I decided to update the review as now I have at least one service manager who I could trust.I ended not to bring in this time as he talked to me what I could do, not like " I don't know I have to see" . Ray is the best at this location!He actually the first guy I talked to after I bought Jeep, but he wasn't available next time I went .I should have just asked him ... so I will ask call him directly from now on for my car issues. Hopefully not too often.....
Awesome service by Rey in service. I had an issue with my indicator lights and he said to come on down.In 10 minutes my light problem was gone. Also, Rey called me back and when I wasnt able to pick up, he called twice more. Thank you for the great service!!
During COVID-19, what a way to do business! I just bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn pick-up truck from Cutter Honolulu. Everything was completed and done by phone and on-line. Down payment made with debit card. Cutter sent salesperson to my place of employment to deliver the pick-up truck and the keys!Great service. Would highly recommend
