Didn't buy a car but great sevice
I have been in the process of relocating my family from Seoul South Korea, back to the islands and was finally able to free up some time and head over to Cutter Jeep to test drive the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL. Fortunately for me, Minji, their top sales representative was available for consultation and helped to educate me on the specs of the car. She was patient, kind, informative and offered several different options to meet my budget. In the end, I feel like she worked really hard with the management/finance team to get me the best deal possible. In fact, it was so good, I ended up buying two cars, instead of one. The sales team was even kind enough to save me a trip and help deliver the cars to downtown Waikiki that same evening. Incredible service and now a friend for life! Thanks Minji and Matt.
I took my car in to have it repaired. I didn't wait long for someone to help me. Workers are friendly and very professional.
Tom, maintenance consultant, was fantastic! Unfortunately, I had to take my newly purchased pre-owned Jeep in after only two days and for nearly two weeks, Tom communicated the progress of the repair every step of the way! Now that's old school customer service and it's greatly appreciated! Much mahalo Tom!!!
My car buying experience at this dealership was incredible. From Marlon the sales person to Joe the finance guy, and everyone in-between, the overall experience could not have been better. My son and I were treated with patience, respect, and appreciation for the entire visit. Finance guy, Joe, even helped with insurance. The bar is set pretty high as far as competition for this group of people. Just a bunch of people trying to help customers out. As stressful as buying a car can be, trying to answer all kinds of questions, this delearship employs great people that smile and answer questions. What price? Buy or lease? What mileage? I went back and forth with Amar about a dream truck that I wanted but was slightly out of my price range, He negotiated with me for well over a month and never lost interest in my business. I ended up getting a great deal with the dealership and even after I initially signed the paperwork, they called me letting me know that they got me an even better deal! I highly recommend anyone goes to this dealership if they are looking for a new or pre owned vehicle and ask for Amar!!
First off, Cutter Dodge was NOT the first dealership that we went to on Saturday July 28, 2018. It all started when I called customer service and inquired about getting a vehicle and the different types of credit that Dodge works with knowing that our credit was decent but we did have some negative equity on our current vehicle. The representative that I spoke to her name was Joy, was super helpful and friendly and made me feel that it could possibly work with getting a new car. After I hung up with customer service the salesman at Cutter Dodge I believe his name was Joe, contacted me immediately and told me that he couldn't make any promises but that they would work as hard as he could to try and help us out with whatever situation we had. When we pulled up to the dealership about an hour later we were immediately greeted by a sales man named Nate, that had a big smile on his face and was super welcoming to us inside the dealership. It was almost night and day from Honolulu Ford (Which we were at earlier), to Cutter Dodge. Energy at Cutter Dodge was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we pulled up into the parking lot. We met the big boss I think his name was Don, (sorry if the names are wrong), and he also was very nice and let us know that we would be very helped there... Nate also introduced us to a man named David who was helping us get approved for the car that we ended up getting and he was really helpful in working with what our budget was and making it work. You know when you go to a dealership that they are working for commission, but to go into it and honestly feel that the employees there are genuinely trying to make things work is a feeling I can't thank them enough for. It was just really nice to see how hard they were working to make it work for us and that they were going above and beyond the extra mile to help us get a new car for our family.
Excellent customer service!!! I was assisted from the moment I arrived and throughout the entire service process. There were a bunch of concerns with my vehicle and the service department...especially Tom... worked long and hard to get my car back up & running. The service itself didn't take very long. Waiting for parts to arrive here in Hawaii is what took up the most time. But I got set up with a replacement vehicle in the meantime & was still able to get to work & take care of everything I needed to. Bought my car here & will continue to bring it here for service! Mahalo!!!
